Collect
Create invoices, collect payments, and track revenue - all within Aarvo. Payment data feeds back into your banking, reconciliation, and reports automatically.
Creating invoices
Create one-off or recurring invoices with line items, descriptions, quantities, and rates. Each invoice can include your business details, customer information, payment terms, and tax calculations - all pulled from your workspace settings.
Download as PDF or email directly to your customer from within Aarvo.
Collecting payments
Aarvo integrates with Stripe for online payments. Include a payment link on your invoices so customers can pay online instantly. Bank transfers are also supported.
Recurring invoices
Set up recurring invoices for ongoing clients. Choose the frequency - weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually - and Aarvo generates and sends them automatically on schedule.
Pause and resume recurring invoices at any time. Never miss a billing cycle.
Products
Define your products or services once - name, description, and default price - then reuse them on invoices. This keeps your billing consistent and unlocks product-level analytics.
When products are linked to invoices, Aarvo tracks revenue per product, margins per product, and each product's contribution to total income. Understand which offerings drive your business.
Customers
Every invoice builds a customer record automatically. Over time, each customer accumulates a full financial history: invoices sent, payments received, outstanding amounts, and associated transactions.
This gives you a financial CRM without a separate tool - revenue analysis by customer, payment tracking, and filtered reporting all built in.
Payouts
If you collect payments through Stripe, the Payouts section gives you visibility into your Stripe Connect account - balances, payout schedules, and transaction history.
How it all connects
Revenue from paid invoices flows into banking. Payments reconcile against bank transactions. Data feeds into your dashboard. Invoice history is stored against each customer. Products on invoices contribute to product-level analytics. And everything feeds into your P&L and tax calculations automatically.
