Creating invoices

Collecting payments

Aarvo integrates with Stripe for online payments. Include a payment link on your invoices so customers can pay online instantly. Bank transfers are also supported.

Recurring invoices

Set up recurring invoices for ongoing clients. Choose the frequency - weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually - and Aarvo generates and sends them automatically on schedule.

Products

Define your products or services once - name, description, and default price - then reuse them on invoices. This keeps your billing consistent and unlocks product-level analytics.

When products are linked to invoices, Aarvo tracks revenue per product, margins per product, and each product's contribution to total income. Understand which offerings drive your business.

Customers

Every invoice builds a customer record automatically. Over time, each customer accumulates a full financial history: invoices sent, payments received, outstanding amounts, and associated transactions.
